Support
Exhale is a taper-first quit-vaping app — no streaks, no reset-to-zero on a heavy day. If anything in the app is broken, confusing, or you just have a question about your subscription, reach out below.

How do I cancel my subscription?
On your device, open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Exhale, and cancel from there. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Apple; we don't have a separate cancel flow in-app because we don't handle billing directly.
I logged a heavy day — did it reset my progress?
No. That's the whole point of Exhale: a heavy day adjusts tomorrow's target, it doesn't erase the plan or restart a streak. If your Plan or Home screen looks wrong after logging, restart the app first — if it's still off, email us with the date and roughly what you logged.
Is my journal or puff data backed up anywhere?
Your logs, journal entries, and taper plan live on your device. If you delete the app or switch phones without a backup, that data doesn't carry over. See the Privacy section below for details.

Exhale doesn't ask you to create an account, and it doesn't collect your name, email, or contact details. The app has no analytics or advertising SDKs. Everything you enter — your baseline, triggers, taper pace, puff logs, journal entries, and milestones — is stored locally on your device.
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment information. Apple's own privacy policy governs that part of the transaction.
If you enable reminders, Exhale schedules them locally on your device using iOS's notification system. No reminder content is sent to a server, because we don't operate one.
We don't sell, share, or transmit your usage data to any third party, because it never leaves your device in the first place.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. There's nothing further to delete on our end, since we never received it.

Exhale is a self-directed tracking and pacing tool. It is not a medical device and doesn't provide medical advice. If you're managing a nicotine dependency, especially alongside other health conditions, talk to a doctor or a licensed cessation program about what's right for you.
Use Exhale for its intended purpose — tracking your own taper. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use Exhale after an update means you accept the current terms.
